“ I would give this 3.5 stars. I tried the bacon avocado burger, and it was good. Avocado was just the right ripeness and the bacon was nice and crispy. But the price is a little high for what you get. I would say this is a smidge fancier than a fast food restaurant. We had a little buzzer so we could get a table and sit down and wait to be called for our food. They didn't have table service but they had employees dedicated to going around cleaning tables and taking your trays and trash. This meant that free tables were always quickly cleaned. Didn't feel like paying for their overpriced drinks, and I wish they offered free water. ”

“ I can’t believe how good their burgers are! The fries were just as tasty, and even the strawberry lemonade was delicious—sorry, no pic. Service was quick, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff was phenomenal. Quality and efficiency at its best! ”

“ Great location. High ceilings, new design, two stories all give premium feel. Serve service is nice, although then asking for a tip is a bit rich. Food came out quickly. Very salty and barely a single small piece of Avocado in my Burger, but plenty of meat and cheese and the buns are so soft. ”

“ I have to say the atmosphere and service at Shake Shack is pretty up high compared to other fast food joints! We really enjoyed our experience here. The process was relatively quick and smooth, from ordering to collecting our order. For a fastfood joint, their menu is pretty refreshing. I appreciate the variety in choices, and having a pretty good selection of chicken options, and drinks. The Avocado Bacon Ranch was delicious - the chicken was juicy, tender, and all the ingredients were fresh. The chicken bites were also good. The beef burger was delicious and pretty big for its size! It definitely hit-the-spot! The fries were a little disappointing... For the size received, probably not worth the price, and also plain in taste. If you're craving a good burger, I would recommend Shake Shack. Their prices, compared to other burger joints, are on the pricier side, but for the quality of ingredients and service, I think its worth a try! ”

“ Good burger place. Personally I didn’t really think the burger was worth the price but it wasn’t that bad. I got a shake and burger and the shake was definitely the highlight of the meal. A little pricey but it was a decent burger. Definitely somewhere to go on “special occasions” if you don’t want to break the bank. Staff were super friendly and they gave me extra avocado with my burger because they took a little longer to prepare it. Great atmosphere, very clean, and tons of seating. ”

“ This was my first time to Shake Shack in Toronto. I was able to enjoy a cheeseburger on a gluten-friendly bun, fries and a milkshake, with no "gluten repercussions". It was great! Being able to order at a kiosk (where you can choose your food allergy and then see the choices that are available to you) and seeing the progression of your order on the many display boards is a huge bonus. The staff members clearing tables and offering free soft drink refills were extremely pleasant. I'll be back... ”

“ This was my first ever shake Shack experience. As we had just eaten elsewhere we opted to just try the custard shakes which were absolutely delicious! This place is busy so sometimes your order can take a bit. We are definitely going to try the burgers next time as they looked delicious whenever they came out. ”

“ I really liked the interior design - modern and welcoming. It was packed with people, which made me curious about the hype. I appreciated the self-service kiosks where you can customize your order. Despite the crowd, the place was impressively clean, and the staff worked quickly. I also liked being able to track my order status on the screen. As for the food: tasty, but definitely on the fatty and salty side. Still enjoyable overall. I didn’t try the fries this time, but I’m planning to come back and explore more of the menu. ”
